The APP, published under the patronage of LIBRA (Guidelines Italian COPD, rhinitis, asthma) and the presentation of Prof. Paggiaro, is a useful tool to help asthma sufferers to periodically assess the state of their disease. The APP contains a simple method of self-assessment, by the answer to a few questions, you can get a result on the adequacy of control ell'asma. The test result is expressed visually with a "color code" that refers to the familiar image of the traffic light (green = controlled asthma; yellow = partly controlled asthma; red = uncontrolled asthma). The patient who falls in the "yellow or red" may usefully consult your doctor to share the level of control of 'Asthma and reassess the prescribed therapy. The APP also contains two useful functions, a daily intake of memory therapy (setting time and "trill") and another to remember, every 4 weeks, the need to redo the text self-assessment. The APP, for the type of content and information, is meant for all those who are suffering from asthma.
