Store description excerpt
AskMe Suite is the enterprise solution designed and developed to obtain an integrated view of business processes, promoting operational efficiency, effectiveness of actions and cost containment. Designed for complex business contexts, it can easily adapt to even simpler scenarios. The three modules that compose it (Contact, Desk, Sign) are integrated and self-consistent. AskMe Sign is the module of the Document Approval Process Control Suite that allows you to manage an unlimited number of processes, users, documents both from a fixed PC and from a remote device. From the Mobile application, the user can constantly monitor the documents to be processed, as well as have a register of the activities carried out (signed, rejected, etc.). The documents remain stored on the server for a minimum period of 30 days (configurable) and can be consulted on the APP for the entire period of stay. The user is promptly notified of each new document submitted via push notifications. The application icon also remembers the number of documents still to be evaluated, so you never miss any important operation. The position and appearance of a signature is previewed and can be moved at will. It is possible to select the type of signature to be affixed (e.g. initials or extended signature) or even create a new signature using the intrinsic capabilities of the device. Also in the mobile version there is the functionality for entering the creation of a new signature specimen
