Store description excerpt

Ascent is the app side of personal strength coaching for intermediate lifters who have stopped making progress. Start with a coach-built 14-day Challenge. Follow each workout, log every set, and share the details that matter: reps, weight, difficulty, how the set felt, and session notes. Your training log gives Dennis the evidence he needs to shape what comes next. What you can do: • See today's workout and preview upcoming sessions. • Complete missed workouts later without losing your history. • Work through exercises in the order that suits a busy gym. • Edit weights, manage rest, and follow progress from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. • Review completed Challenge and Program days. • Track Challenge progress and longer Program phases. • Follow target-lift progress during a Program using your baseline, current e1RM, and 2.5 kg milestones. • Reach Dennis directly through iMessage or WhatsApp. The 14-day Challenge is where coaching begins. It establishes a training baseline, builds consistency, and gives your coach the evidence needed to plan what comes next. Clients who continue can receive a tailored 12-week Program in the same app. Coaching is human-delivered. Ascent is not a generic workout generator and it is not a substitute for medical advice. Programming, review, and communication come from your coach. Payment for any ongoing coaching is handled outside the app as a person-to-person service. There are no in-app purchases, ads, or tracking. Built in the UK by Dennis Stevens.
