The app enables sales executives to guide customers through every stage of the project exploration journey from a single interface. Customers can view project highlights, construction progress, location advantages, master plans, floor plans, amenities, and available units while discussing their requirements in person. Key features include: • Interactive project overview with visuals and key project information. • Location insights with nearby landmarks and map-based distance lookup. • Master plan and tower exploration with real-time unit availability. • Unit plan viewing and virtual tour access (where available). • Cost sheet generation for selected units. • Cart to shortlist and compare multiple units. • EMI estimation and loan eligibility calculator based on customer inputs. • Side-by-side comparison of cost sheets and payment structures. • Session tracking to help sales teams continue customer engagement after the visit.
