You sign in, and what you owe this week is on the first screen. TIME Enter hours against the contracts you worked, and certify the week when it is done. If your hands are full, hold the microphone and say it -- Arcvue drafts the entry and you confirm it. EXPENSES Photograph a receipt and Arcvue reads the merchant, date, and amount. Assign it to a contract, add a note, submit. MILEAGE Turn on automatic tracking and Arcvue logs your business drives without you touching the phone. Each trip arrives as a draft in a queue. Swipe it to a contract or mark it personal. Personal miles are never reimbursed. APPROVALS Supervisors review and approve their team's time and expenses from the same app. NOTHING IS SUBMITTED WITHOUT YOU Arcvue drafts; you confirm. Every timecard, expense, and trip waits for your explicit approval before it goes anywhere, and every change keeps an audit trail. Firms billing the federal government are held to that standard, so the app is built to it. Arcvue Mobile requires an account issued by your employer. There is no self-service signup.
