Store description excerpt

Arcform is a private, local-first workout planner and training log for structured strength, climbing-capacity, and calisthenics practice. Choose Park / bodyweight, Regular gym, or Climbing gym. Record the equipment available today, an optional time budget, and your own use-caution or do-not-schedule constraints. Choose one to three planned rounds and one to three circuit sets per round, select any combination of upper body, core, legs, and climbing, then build a fixed-order workout from the bundled local catalog. During training, the logger adapts to each exercise: repetitions, time, or attempts, with load where supported. For exercises marked for per-side logging, enter the same repetitions or seconds for both sides, or record separate left and right values. Both sides remain one work set. The most recent completed values for that exact exercise appear directly above the new fields without being prefilled. Substitute, skip, edit the last log, undo, or finish early while the accepted plan and the work actually completed remain distinct. Substitutions can apply to one set or the rest of the current round. If notifications are allowed, Arcform schedules an on-device reminder for two minutes after a circuit is completed when more planned work remains. The large in-app clock and the Live Activity show total session elapsed time, not a rest countdown. The Live Activity can appear on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, the Dynamic Island; tapping it returns to Arcform. iOS settings may suppress notifications or Live Activities. Browse the exercise library by muscle group using the front/back body map. Exercise cards highlight their recorded primary and secondary muscle groups. Open cataloged technique demonstrations only when you choose, and retire exercises from future plans without removing past workouts. Restore them whenever you want. Climbing-capacity planning also includes a clearly labeled user-directed grip-resistance option that can use a stress ball, rolled towel, hand gripper, or hand-against-hand resistance. It is a flexible log, not a prescribed grip, load, dose, progression, or performance claim. Finished actual work contributes to local session history, weekly review, and the next plan's bounded coverage-and-variety ranking. Skill blocks record one primary focus at a time, including handstand, planche, L-sit, levers, muscle-up, pull-up or pistol-squat capacity, and experience-gated fingerboard capacity. No account is required. Core features work offline. Export a full JSON backup or readable workout and skill-practice CSV files through the system Files interface.
