Arceus Employee is the internal field-service app used by staff of Arceus India Private Limited. It is issued to our own employees — sales, operations, technicians and administrators — and is not a general-purpose product. YOUR WORK, ORGANISED See the tasks assigned to you, what is due, and what is blocked. Update status from the field without going back to a desk. ORDERS END TO END Create and progress customer orders through confirmation, dispatch, delivery and installation, with machine specifications attached to each one. SERVICE TICKETS AND CHAT Pick up customer service requests, assign them, and talk to the customer inside the ticket. Attach photos, videos or a voice note from site. LIVE ACTIVITIES The job you are on stays visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so the current task and its status are one glance away. BUILT FOR OUR STAFF There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by an Arceus India administrator and every capability is permission-gated by role. Sign-in requires a password and a verification code. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No advertising, no analytics trackers, no third-party SDKs. • All traffic is encrypted in transit; data stays in India.
