Aquasition is the app your technicians carry from stop to stop. The office runs the company on the web; this is the phone in the truck. It opens on today's route: every pool in order, the gate code on the row before anyone gets out of the truck, and a bar showing how many stops are left. Tap a stop and the whole job is on one screen. Work the checklist, enter what you measured, enter what you poured in, photograph the pump that is leaking, leave a note for the office, and close it out. All of it saves on the phone the moment you tap it, not when the signal comes back. Aquasition writes to the device first and uploads afterward, so an equipment pad behind the house or a gated community with no reception does not change whether the morning was recorded.
