Store description excerpt

AQARY is the verified property marketplace built for Lebanon. Every listing comes from a real owner. No agents, no fake posts, no scams. Each owner is manually verified with ID and proof of ownership before they can list a property. WHAT YOU CAN DO Browse villas, mansions, houses, apartments, land, and commercial properties across all eight Lebanese governorates: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, Bekaa, Nabatieh, Akkar, and Baalbek-Hermel. Filter by exact criteria: type, price in USD, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, amenities like pool, sea view, parking, and more. Save your favorite properties. Get notified when prices drop, when new matching properties are listed, or when a property you liked is sold. Message owners directly through the in-app chat. Verified owners can choose to show their WhatsApp or phone number too. No agents in between. LIST YOUR OWN PROPERTY Your first listing is FREE. Additional listings are $20 each, paid via Whish Money (a Lebanese mobile payment service used outside the app). Once verified, you can list a property in under 3 minutes. VERIFIED OWNERS ONLY To list a property, you upload your Lebanese ID and proof of ownership. We review every submission within 24 hours. PRIVACY AND TRUST Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers in the EU. We never sell your information. You can delete your account anytime, and your data is removed within 30 days. The app is available in Arabic and English with full right-to-left layout support. Built for Lebanon. Built for trust.
