The APP makes it easier to deal with work and various absences on a daily basis. Whether recording punch times (coming/going), applying for vacation or reporting illnesses: APSO APP PZE facilitates communication between employees, superiors and the human resources department. Of course, employees keep an overview of their working time account and can even apply for time compensation via the app. All functions can be activated or deactivated individually for each person using the QR code. Modules: APSO APP-PZE VAC module: Allows you to request and withdraw vacation. Vacation days are displayed in a monthly calendar. Past applications can be viewed. APSO APP-PZE SIC module: Enables the reporting of illnesses. Using an upload function, every employee can receive their certificate of incapacity for work immediately Send it to the employer and submit the original at a later date. APSO APP-PZE TIME module: Allows you to record coming and going times via a smartphone. Optionally expandable to record project times All functions can be activated or deactivated specifically for employees using a QR code. APSO WEB-PZE Urlaub with the upstream systems is required as a basis. The calculation is made retrospectively for each month and active employee based on a license email created by the system. The number of employees entered in the license email is compared and updated based on the employees entered in the license.
