The Poutama-inspired design makes it easy to see where a whānau is now – and where they want to go next. With Appsion, you can: Complete whānau needs assessments on the go Identify priority goals together with whānau Build and update Whānau Action Plans Track changes in health, housing, finances and more over time Generate clear reports to share with whānau and funders Appsion is built to support kaupapa Māori approaches, strengthen whanaungatanga and reduce paperwork, so Navigators can spend more time in meaningful kōrero and less time on admin.
