ApplianceOps is field service software and a business management CRM for appliance repair and service companies — and you can run the whole thing from your phone. Dispatch, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, payments, parts, payroll and customer history in one app, built for the trade rather than adapted from generic field-service software. Requires a paid ApplianceOps subscription. Billing is handled on our website, not through Google Play, so no in-app purchase appears here. New shops start with a free trial. RUN THE BUSINESS FROM ANYWHERE • Book the job, dispatch it, invoice it and take payment without going back to the office • The same account runs on your phone, in any web browser and as a Windows desktop app — the van, the office and the kitchen table all see the same jobs • Check the day's money, run payroll and answer a customer from anywhere in the world • It keeps working when the signal does not. Jobs, invoices and payments recorded in a basement or a rural driveway are stored on the device and sync when you come back into coverage SCHEDULING AND DISPATCH • A dispatch board and calendar built around how repair shops actually schedule — AM/PM windows, per-tech capacity, and jobs that move without retyping them • Route planning so a tech drives a sensible order instead of criss-crossing the county • Assign work orders to technicians and see the whole day at a glance CUSTOMER CRM • Every customer, address, phone number and job in one place • Job history that follows the appliance, not just the customer, so the second visit starts with what happened on the first • An online booking page your customers can use themselves INVOICING AND PAYMENTS • Build the invoice on the job: labor, parts, service call, trip and shop fees, tax handled per category • Take card payments, or record cash and checks in the field • Text or email an invoice from the driveway, with a payment link the customer opens on their phone • Estimates that stay estimates until the customer says yes — quoted work never counts as money you are owed WHEN YOU CAN'T PICK UP • Miss a call during business hours and the app texts them straight back, asks what's wrong and what address, and puts the job on your board • After hours it tells them you're closed, notes what they need, and alerts the shop so someone calls them back that day PARTS AND INVENTORY • Parts inventory with cost history, returns and backorders • Sell appliances and parts over the counter, with delivery or pickup handled properly • Warranty tracking, including denials and what happens to the bill when a claim is refused TEAM, TIME AND PAYROLL • Time clock, timesheets and payroll, with overtime rules you set once • Commission by job type, with the awkward cases (recalls, helpers, salary plus commission) handled rather than ignored • Per-person permissions, so a technician sees their work without seeing the shop's finances Optional add-ons include a business phone line with texting, automatic text-back on m
