Acting as a smartphone pager, Appear Lite can either complement the use of pagers or be adopted for pager replacement, operating over Wi-Fi and mobile data networks. This simple communications app features a variety of message priority options, with the ability to override silent and DND (Do Not Disturb) settings for the most important messages. The app is ideal for providing a sole or backup point of contact for critical alerting, for sharing important notices with staff, and for allocating tasks to workers both on-site and off. It’s suitable for diverse roles in many sectors, from healthcare staff to field engineers. Key features: • Varying audible alert tones, push notifications and clear colour-coded alert messages ensure quick responses • Highest priority alerts can override Silent & DND settings, removing barriers to message response • Multiple user statuses to help target the right messages to the right people and maintain work-life balance • Automatic delivery & read receipts, with manual message acknowledgement • End-to-end encryption • Userbase is invite-only and centrally administered • Requires Multitone i-Message or i-Message Cloud and licence agreement with Multitone
