App Block helps you stay off the apps that pull you away from what matters. Block apps Choose the apps that distract you and keep them shut. When you try to open one, it simply won't open. Delay instead of block Prefer a gentler nudge? Turn on delay, and a short countdown appears before a distracting app opens. That small pause is often all it takes to change your mind. Focus sessions Need to concentrate? Start a session for 25 minutes, an hour, two, or a length of your own. Your chosen apps stay closed until the timer ends. Strict mode For the times you know you'll be tempted, strict mode removes the easy way out — no early stop, and the app stays put until your session is done. Schedules Block distractions on a routine. Keep social apps off during work hours, put games away at night, and let the schedule run on its own once you've set it. Blocklists Organize your apps into groups — social, games, news, whatever fits — and switch each one on or off as your day changes. Your progress Watch it add up over time: your streak, the sessions you've finished, and every moment you chose to close an app instead of scrolling on. Pick what distracts you, and give your attention back to what matters.
