Apotheo lets you work with your nutrition coach. Check-ins, personalized nutrition targets, habit tracking, progress photos, and coach feedback, all in one place. Note: Apotheo is for clients of coaches who use the Apotheo platform. You'll need an account from your coach to log in. It can't be used on its own. CHECK-INS • Submit your nutrition, measurements, photos, habits, and weekly reflections in one guided flow • Your synced health data is attached automatically, so your coach sees the full picture • Get updated targets and feedback without leaving the app INTEGRATIONS • Sync your food log from the nutrition tracker you already use: Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, MacrosFirst, MyMacros+, Nutracheck, or Fitbit • Connect your wearable: Fitbit, Oura, Garmin, or Whoop, with steps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, and recovery scores synced straight to your check-ins • Sync steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep, mindful minutes, and nutrition through Apple Health, from any app that writes to it • Sync weight and body fat automatically for an average across each check-in period, no manual entry STAY CONNECTED • Message your coach directly • Browse your coach's resource library of guides and recipes • Track your trends over time with weight, measurement, and photo history
