Simply send us your order or e-prescription! We will prepare everything, inform you about collection and advise you personally in one of our 4 pharmacies. This is how the e-prescription works with the app: 1. Open the Johannstadt Pharmacy app 2. Select “Pre-Order”. 3. Click “Scan health card”. 4. Request security code via SMS 5. Enter the card number consisting of 6 digits. This can be found on your insurance card under “Health Card” 6. Hold on to the electronic health card Do you have a paper prescription that you want to fill?
