WHO IS APOLOS FOR? • Evangelism coordinators who oversee various organizations and churches • Evangelists who record visits and share information with their team • Discipleship leaders who guide the spiritual growth of their disciples • Administrators who manage organizations, roles, and organizational structure • External congregations seeking to organize their evangelistic work MAIN FUNCTIONS: REGISTRATION AND TRACKING OF BELIEVERS Record new contacts and visits. Classify each person by stage of the evangelistic process—first contact, being visited, being discipled, ready to be baptized, baptized, and others—to visualize the progress of the work in each organization. COORDINATION BY ORGANIZATION AND CHURCH Consult lists of believers by campaign, filter by stage or status, and maintain a clear overview of the work in each assigned area.
