This app can totally replace the old barcode readers used previously, completely reducing the cost of renting/purchasing the reader and speeding up the entire procedure thanks to direct communication with the APe software. It is also possible to connect any barcode/QR code reader that works in keyboard emulation via bluetooth and use it instead of the smartphone camera.
