Booking confirmation: On success, you’ll see a booking reference; our agent will call/text to finalize. Viewing bookings: Use View Ride/Bookings in the menu to track any bookings and contact the agent. Reporting issues: In the booking details screen, tap Contact Support or call the app’s support number.
