Store description excerpt

Anywhen is a world clock and time zone converter for people who work, travel and stay in touch across time zones. Compare the current time in New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Sydney and 100 zones at a glance, plan meetings with remote teams, and check the time difference before you call. No network, no account, no ads. Anywhen is a time zone app that stops asking you to type a time. The cursor in the middle of the screen never moves. The timeline does. Drag it sideways, like winding film, and every place you added moves at once. "When it is 9:00 in London, what time is it in Tokyo and in San Francisco?" becomes something you read instead of something you calculate. ■ Drag the time axis Let go and it keeps gliding, then settles on 15-minute steps. One tap brings you back to now. A calendar takes you to another day, keeping the time of day you were looking at. ■ See day and night Every row is painted with a day and night band computed from sunrise and sunset, so you can tell it is the middle of the night over there without reading a single number. Business hours are marked along the bottom. ■ Never miss a date change The thing people get wrong is not the hour, it is the day. Every row carries a +1 / -1 badge measured from the zone at the top of the list. ■ It never goes online Anywhen makes no network requests and has no accounts. The IANA time zone database ships inside the app, so it behaves the same in airplane mode or three floors underground. It collects nothing about you. ■ Built for VoiceOver A row is read as one sentence rather than five fragments. If dragging sideways is not an option, swipe up and down on the time in the header to move in 15-minute steps. Text size settings are followed throughout. ■ Made for • Scheduling calls and meetings with colleagues in other time zones • Business trips and travel planning in local time • Checking whether family or friends abroad are awake • Remote teams working across several time zones • Looking up the offset from UTC or GMT 100 time zones. 16 languages. No ads, no in-app purchases, no network access.
