Anya ngay? Two words. One question. That is the whole app. Pick the mood that is closest right now. It takes twenty seconds, and then you get on with your day. No streak to protect, no journal to keep up with, no score to watch. In your own language. Anya Ngay? speaks Taglish-kanu — Taglish with an Ilokano accent, which names your feeling in Ilokano: Natalna, Naragsak, Naladingit. Also English, Ilokano, and Taglish. Pick one in setup, change it any time. When a mood is not enough. Some days one tap does not cover it. Open Rants and type — or speak — whatever is sitting on your chest. It deletes itself after twenty-four hours, and you can delete it yourself the second you are done. There is still no journal to keep up with, because nothing you write here is kept: no history, no archive, no entry to reread at three in the morning. Speech-to-text runs on your phone, not on a server — the audio is never recorded and never uploaded. Your check-ins are yours. They are saved on your phone, and the app works fully without an account. Sign in with Apple or Google and they are also copied to your own account, so changing phones does not lose your history — only you can open that copy. Delete everything, any time, from Settings. One quiet reminder, if you want it. Choose morning, afternoon, or evening, and Anya asks then. No spam, promise. Anya Ngay? is for awareness, not treatment.
