ANMA (Alternative Navigation Methods for Android) is an accessibility tool.It provides alternative input methods for environments and applications where standard remote control navigation is limited or unavailable. Key Accessibility Features: * Virtual Cursor: Enables seamless interaction with touch-only applications on TV devices. Users can control a high-precision cursor using gamepads, keyboards, or assistive switches. * Head-Tracking Navigation (experimental): A specialized assistive mode for users with severe motor disabilities. It translates head movements (captured via a standard USB camera) into on-screen focus movements and system interactions. Accessibility Service API Disclosure: ANMA uses the Accessibility Service API to provide its core assistive features. We use these services strictly to: * Perform Gestures: Simulate clicks, scrolls, and swipes to allow interaction with applications that do not natively support DPAD (remote control) input. * Monitor Hardware Input: Intercept gamepad and keyboard events to translate them into navigation commands. * Analyze Window Content: Dynamically identify focusable elements on the screen to assist users in navigating complex interfaces. Privacy & Security: Your privacy is our priority. ANMA does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or screen content. All processing, including head-tracking and input translation, is performed locally on your device. The app does not require internet access for its core functions. This app is designed for Android TV devices and is not intended for use on phones or tablets.
