Angelopolus Loyalty App Angelopolus Loyalty App is a simple and intuitive rewards application designed to increase customer engagement and enhance the overall customer experience. The app allows users to register, earn points through their purchases, browse available gifts, track their activity history, and stay informed through real-time notifications. Every feature is built to deliver a smooth, rewarding, and personalized journey. User Registration Users can create an account by entering their name and phone number. Account access is secured using OTP-based phone number authentication. A link to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is available during registration. Login Users log in using their registered phone number with OTP verification. The app supports Greek (default), English, and Romanian languages. A “Remember Me” option enables automatic login on supported devices. Home Page After login, users access the main dashboard, which displays their total points balance and provides easy navigation to Gifts, Scanner, Notifications, and Account sections. The home screen includes a dynamic banner slider loaded from a web service, with a built-in fallback banner when internet connectivity is unavailable. Gifts & Rewards Users can browse all available rewards. The list is dynamically updated via a web service and includes the product name, image, and required points. Reward redemption is completed through the e-shop or in-store. Receipt Scanner Users can scan their purchase receipt barcode using the device camera. Points are added automatically after backend verification. The system provides clear feedback messages such as: Receipt already used Receipt not found Customer mismatch Network or server errors Each receipt can only be used once. Notifications Users receive push notifications for new gifts, promotions, and important updates. They can view detailed messages and their full points history. Unread notifications are highlighted with a visual indicator. Account Users can view and update their personal information, including: Account creation date Total points collected Total points redeemed All information is securely synced with the ERP system (TRDR). A sign-out option is available to log out of the application.
