Pair your physical Anchor Tag, choose the apps that distract you, and create focus modes and alarms that keep you on track. BREAK THE SCROLLING LOOP Choose distracting apps and activate a focus mode to limit access using Apple’s Screen Time controls. BUILD AN ALARM YOU CAN’T IGNORE Set a wake alarm and require an Anchor Tag scan to stop it. Place your tag away from your bed so getting up becomes part of the routine. BUILD ROUTINES THAT HOLD • Create reusable focus modes • Select apps and categories to block • Schedule a wake alarm and choose repeat days • Require an Anchor Tag scan to stop your alarm • Use limited emergency stops when needed • Review activity and progress statistics • Back up supported app data privately with iCloud • Switch between English and French PRIVACY BY DESIGN Anchor uses Apple’s Family Controls and Screen Time frameworks. Your selected apps and categories are handled by Apple’s system frameworks. Anchor does not sell your personal information. REQUIREMENTS • iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later • An Anchor Tag is required for pairing and scan-to-stop alarm features • Screen Time and alarm permissions are required for related features • An iCloud account is required for cloud backup Anchor Tag adds a small amount of friction between impulse and action—so you can focus, get out of bed, and spend your time where it matters.
