MOVEMENT ANALYSIS - Visualize pose movement from sports videos. - On supported devices, Analyzer attempts 3D analysis and falls back to 2D when needed. - Correct ball-contact timing manually while viewing kick video. - Review launch angle and selected body-part velocity with video-linked graphs. - Select two points on a plate or dumbbell to track weight-training velocity. TRAINING AND RECOVERY - Record weight, repetitions, body composition, readiness, and session RPE. - Calculate nutrition from foods, preparation methods, and serving weight. - Record sleep and review daily recovery. - Manage personal and group schedules in one calendar. GROUPS - Keep schedules and shared records separated by group. - Group leaders can share practice schedules and training menus. - Choose whether to share your personal records with groups. - Interpersonal chat and remote push messaging are not included. APPLE WATCH AND HEALTHKIT - View heart rate, elapsed time, and active energy on Apple Watch. - Core features remain available on iPhone without Apple Watch. - Authorized HealthKit data is used for on-device display. Measurements and AI Coach suggestions are reference information affected by capture conditions and device performance. Analyzer is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response.
