Amyst is a cigarette logging app for Wear OS and Android. Press + on your watch when you smoke; your phone keeps the counts, history, and insights. LOG FROM YOUR WRIST • One tap on the watch logs a cigarette — no phone needed in the moment • Mislogged? Undo with a tap • Works offline; your log syncs when watch and phone reconnect ON YOUR WATCH FACE • Two complications you can add to any watch face that supports them: "Today's count" shows how many cigarettes you have logged today, and "Since last" shows how long it has been since your last one • Both read from your log and only display it — a complication never adds a cigarette SEE YOUR PATTERNS • Today's count at a glance • 7-day, 30-day, and all-time history • Insights computed from the cigarettes you logged, in batches of 15 YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Counting is never automatic: only your tap or your explicit Yes adds a cigarette • With your consent, the watch recognizes wrist-motion patterns on-device and may ask "Was that a smoke?" — answering anything other than Yes adds nothing • Sign-in is optional: use Amyst anonymously, or sign in to back up your log • Delete your data anytime from Settings PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads, no advertising ID, no selling data • Motion data is collected only with your explicit consent, to improve gesture recognition • Encrypted in transit; only your account can access your data Amyst is a logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Requires a Wear OS watch for logging. The phone app shows your synced log, history, and insights.
