AMO DRIVER APP will allow drivers to begin their duty by log in to this app and select ON DUTY. Drivers will be assigned to hourly or time tariff packages based on the closest customer request. Driver has to switch on the location, so the customers can see the nearby drivers and place trip requests. The driver will pick up the customer and verify the travel from the origin to the destination. To begin the journey, the driver must obtain the OTP from customer. After finishing, the driver can finish the journey. If a driver encountered a problem while travelling, they can open a support ticket. Features enabled in the Driver app is listed below APP Login Put ON DUTY to get the allocated trip Can view vehicle movement in Google Map Can view the trip fare and close the trip Can give review for their trip, customer Put OFF DUTY to close the service Can contact support care via APP
