This product is a client recording application for the conversation analysis solution "AmiVoice® SF-CMS". Conversations are recorded in stereo using a dedicated microphone and uploaded to the speech recognition server. "AmiVoice® SF-CMS" uses highly accurate voice recognition to convert all conversations between representatives and customers during business negotiations and customer service into text and data. Based on the analysis results, we will clarify previously invisible issues and areas for improvement. We support the resolution of various business issues, such as strengthening sales capabilities and countermeasures against customer harassment.
