Ambition gives high school students a low-pressure way to explore careers before they’re expected to choose a major, training program, or career path. Instead of reading long career guides or taking another personality test, teens get to try short, interactive virtual internships right from their phone. -- See What Careers Are Really Like Each internship is broken into bite-sized days with videos, real-world scenarios, quizzes, reflections, and hands-on activities. Teens learn how people in different careers think, solve problems, and approach their work. -- Explore Without the Pressure to Choose The goal isn’t to make teens pick a career. Ambition includes paths across healthcare, business, technology, engineering, education, creative fields, and more. -- Designed to Keep Teens Engaged Internship days are short enough to fit into their day, interactive instead of lecture-heavy, and built around progress they can see. Teens can complete one day and stop or keep going when something catches their interest. Parents can also create agreements that let teens work toward rewards they actually care about — from extra freedom or time off chores to tickets, purchases, or other family-decided rewards. -- Give Parents a Window Into What They’re Exploring Parents and other trusted adults can see which careers their teen has tried, follow their internship activity, and track progress toward goals without having to constantly ask what they’re doing. -- Turn Exploration Into Real Conversations Ambition also provides guided conversations that go beyond “What do you want to be?” Families can talk through things like income, lifestyle, work-life balance, education, priorities, independence, and what the teen actually wants adulthood to look like.
