The Amber-e Installer is the electrician's field tool for installing and configuring Amber-e electric vehicle chargers. Installation is done via Bluetooth, directly from a mobile phone, without depending on the local network. INSTALLATION AND REGISTRATION • Read the charger's serial number using the QR Code • Register the charger and link it to the client • Record the installation location CONFIGURATION • Connect to the charger via Bluetooth • Scan local Wi-Fi networks and configure the connection • Define the operation type: private, shared, or commercial • Point the charger to the cloud (OCPP) when the client uses online management MAINTENANCE • Monitor the charger's status in real time • Update the firmware via Bluetooth • Diagnose the problem before leaving the job site DELIVERY TO THE CLIENT • Document the installation with photos • Obtain the client's acceptance with a signature on the screen • Generate the PDF receipt and share it ACCESS Professional use application: requires login of an authorized Âmbar-e installer.
