You're always in control — adjust either with a tap. • Everything lands in a private calendar and history you can browse by day, week, or month. REFLECTION, WITHOUT JUDGMENT aloud never tells you whether your day was good or bad. It helps you observe — not grade yourself. It's a calm, personal space, not a social feed and not a productivity tracker.
