The app helps you to get away from your unwanted drinking habits. For this you plan how many standard units (SE) you would like to consume as a maximum per week. A standard unit corresponds to the amount of alcohol that is contained in a beer with 0.5L and ~ 5vol%. To track consumption, take a photo of the drinks you have consumed with your smartphone and give it the corresponding values. The app automatically recognizes from the picture whether it is a beer (bottle) or wine (bottle). If it is a different alcoholic drink, you can of course also enter this. To speed up the input process, you can also create your own preset, which you can add directly to the home screen using the "Fast" button.
