Allkey Works is an automated attendance and payroll assistance service for small business owners and workers. When a worker arrives at the store, it establishes a secure BLE connection with the registered Gateway and automatically records their work hours. Work hours can be checked on a familiar calendar without the need for complex clock-in/clock-out buttons. Worker Functions • Check daily and monthly working hours on the calendar • Select multiple workplaces and manage work history • Request correction for incorrectly calculated working hours • Select predefined reasons and report inappropriate content or users • Check estimated payroll and settlement details • Check automatic recording connection status and recent records • Join a workplace using an invitation code Owner Functions • View work calendars for all employees by workplace • Invite employees via text message and manage hourly wages • Approve or reject correction requests • Report content and users in correction requests • Check reference materials for monthly estimated payroll and weekly holiday allowance • Preview, save, and share payroll settlement Excel files • Register Gateway and check connection status Secure Automatic Recording Worker mobile phones transmit only authenticated proximity proofs to the Gateway via an encrypted and bonded BLE connection. The entity transmitting work signals to the server is limited to the Gateway, and GPS movement paths are not collected. Allkey Works' payroll calculations are for reference purposes to aid in review.
