Set your allergy watchlist once, then take a photo, choose a label image, or paste ingredient text. On-device text recognition reads English and Spanish ingredient labels while AllerLens highlights selected watch words, separates ingredient matches from advisory language, and calls out negated claims. Make labels easier to review: - Tap a captured image to open it full screen. - Pinch to zoom and pan around the image, or use the on-screen zoom controls. - Enlarge extracted text up to 300%, use pinch gestures, or open the full-screen Label Reader. - Use layouts designed to work with larger text and accessibility labels. Keep useful products nearby: - Save a product when a completed check finds no selected watch words. - Store an optional note and the watchlist used for the check. - Review saved products on your next shopping trip. - Recheck every current package label because ingredients can change. More features: - Big 9 allergen watchlist: milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. - English and Spanish ingredient-label recognition. - Custom watch words for personal or family-specific allergies. - Red warnings for matched ingredients. - Yellow caution for advisory language such as “may contain” or “puede contener.” - Blue highlights for negated claims such as “peanut-free” or “sin huevo.” - Local scan history with reliable repeated camera and photo checks. - No account, cloud upload, advertising, or tracking.
