Feels is a calm, private way to notice how you feel - and keep it close to your care. Most mood apps flatten you to a 1-5 rating or a smiley. Feels gives you a real vocabulary: a 10-core emotion wheel that opens into more than 225 specific feelings, plus a second axis for what your body and mind are doing - tightness, racing thoughts, warmth, calm. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • A proper emotion wheel - 10 cores, then specific feelings, then precise words. Can't find yours? Add it and it's available in your emotion wheel for good. • Body and mind, not just mood - log sensations and mental states alongside the feeling. • Made for therapy - flag entries to raise next session, keeps session logs, and tracks therapy and medication with goals, scope and efficacy reviews. • Insights that never leave your phone - weekly patterns, your "emotional weather", and how your logs echo your last session, all computed on-device. THE NEEDS TAB (BETA) Talk a challenging situation through and find the need underneath it. The Needs tab uses Apple's on-device AI model and requires an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone on iOS 26 or later. On any other device the tab simply isn't there. Like everything else in Feels, it runs entirely on your phone: nothing you type is sent anywhere, and nothing is kept unless you tap Save. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No cloud. No analytics. No tracking. Your entries live only on your device, and you can export a backup file whenever you like. That's the whole promise.
