AlignmentIQ is reporting software for chiropractic clinic groups. The numbers are already there when you open it. Every night it signs into the portals your clinics already run on, pulls the previous day's figures, and loads them into one database. By opening time, the morning packet and every screen in the app are showing the same thing. Nobody ran a report. Nobody exported anything. Owners, managers, and doctors work from one source of truth. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. WHAT YOU GET Today — the day's figures at a glance: sales, new patients, visits, active members, and a plain warning for anything moving the wrong way. Tap any number to see what it is made of. Clinics — every location side by side, month over month, with a detail view for each. Doctors — conversion measured the same way for everyone: new patients, existing patients, and total, against your standard. Plus under-50 lists, who is selling the add-ons, and a scorecard per doctor with busy-hour heatmaps. Churn & Recovery — who cancelled, who is still saveable, and call lists with phone numbers ready for the front desk. Patient contact details are visible only to authorized clinic staff. Actions — a manager action list that holds notes and archives what is done, so a finding does not die inside a PDF. Ask — put a question in plain English and Atlas, the built-in analyst, answers it from your own reporting data. Which clinic had the most sales this month. Who is below the conversion standard.
