Through the app, we offer diet and training programs for strength athletes that train in the sports of strongman and powerlifting. Here at Align, we believe in creating a healthy athlete first, then extracting full strength potential. We do this with a blend of restorative based exercises, that are focused on aligning the ankles, knees, hips, and ribcage, so when it is time to push the weights to the max, the athlete is in the best state possible to do so.
