AlgaPSA Mobile is the companion app for AlgaPSA, a Professional Services Automation platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT service businesses. Use AlgaPSA Mobile to: • Manage client tickets on the go • Track time entries against billable clients • View dashboards and tickets assigned to you • Respond to client requests from anywhere • Scan barcodes, serial numbers, and MAC labels to look up products, stock units, and deployed assets • Receive stock and purchase orders, adjust quantities, run cycle counts, and receive transfers into your van • Install a serialized unit onto a client's ticket and create its managed asset automatically — or register a device you find in the field • Open any asset to record maintenance, review installed software and notes, and trace its full stock history from vendor receipt to install • Work a prioritized queue that tells you who to call next, and why • Tap to call and log it as an interaction, schedule follow-ups, and mark deals won or lost AlgaPSA Subscription The AlgaPSA Monthly subscription is available in-app for individual MSP operators. • $14.99/month (auto-renewable) Enterprise Plans MSPs with teams use Pro plan, which is provisioned on the web by an organization administrator. Team members sign in via SSO (Microsoft or Google) or Sign in with Apple.
