Van de relaties en diens contacten zijn alle communicatiegegevens zoals telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en website zichtbaar. Daarmee kan de bel- of sms-functie van de iPhone of iPad geactiveerd worden. Per relatie zijn alle trajecten, offertes en acties op te vragen. Een gebruiker kan ook de eigen actielijst met alle openstaande acties opvragen en deze afmelden. Daarbij worden automatisch vervolgacties aangemaakt indien dit in ALERT is ingesteld bij het opgegeven resultaat.
