TODAY, AT A GLANCE • A simple checklist of everything due today, in the order it should be done • Tap once to mark a task complete — tap again if you change your mind • Earn points for every task you finish • A progress ring fills as your day fills up PHOTO PROOF Some tasks ask for a photo. Snap it straight from the app and it is attached to that day's task, so your practitioner can see how you are getting on between visits. Photos are compressed on your device first, so it barely touches your data. YOUR PROGRESS, HONESTLY TRACKED • Daily completion ring showing how much of today is done • Seven-day chart so you can see the week taking shape • Monthly heat map that turns a good run into something you can actually see • Points and streaks that reward showing up consistently LOG HOW THE DAY WENT Add a short note about anything worth mentioning — how you felt, what got in the way, what went well.
