This is the official mobile application of the National Building Research Organization (NBRO), Sri Lanka. It provides accurate and real-time air quality information collected from NBRO’s air quality sensor network across the country. The app helps the public stay informed about daily air conditions and make safe and informed decisions about outdoor activities and personal health. Key Features 1. Real-Time Air Quality Monitoring Get up-to-date readings directly from NBRO monitoring stations. The app displays: - PM₂.₅ concentration - Air Quality Index (AQI) - Temperature - CO₂ levels Each reading includes simple health guidance to help users understand what the current air quality means. 2. 24-Hour Sensor Data View the past 24 hours of measurements for each sensor. This includes PM₂.₅, AQI, temperature, and CO₂ changes, allowing users to see how air quality has shifted throughout the day. 3. Interactive Map Explore all NBRO air quality sensors on a map. Users can: - Check sensor locations - View live readings - Subscribe to nearest sensor 4. Sensor Subscriptions & Alerts Subscribe to any sensor and receive notifications when the air quality becomes unhealthy or when significant changes occur. 5. Official NBRO Daily Reports Access NBRO’s Daily Air Quality Reports, published in Sinhala, English, and Tamil, giving clear summaries of air quality conditions across Sri Lanka. 6. News & Publications Stay updated with: - NBRO’s latest air quality news - Research articles - Public awareness materials All information is sourced directly from NBRO. Purpose This app is designed to help the public stay informed about air quality in their area using trusted, science-based information provided by the NBRO.
