Field evidence capture that files itself into the right project folder on your computer. Due diligence, audits, factory inspections, site acceptance — photos and video shot on site normally have to be exported and sorted one by one once you are back at your desk. AI WorkDeck Mobile removes that step: shoot on your phone, and each capture is queued and delivered into the "Site Media / date" folder of that project on your computer. Hashed at capture time Every capture gets a SHA-256 digest computed as it is written, recorded alongside capture time, GPS coordinates and accuracy, device model and OS version. The digest is produced on device and does not depend on a network connection. Originals stay out of the system photo library Captures are kept inside the app by default rather than written to your camera roll, so work material does not mix with personal photos. "Also save to Photos" can be enabled in Settings. A visible upload queue Waiting, transferring and delivered are shown separately. Nothing is lost to a dropped connection or to quitting the app — transfers resume when you come back. Deleted only after the desktop confirms The cloud is a relay only. The relayed copy is deleted as soon as the desktop app confirms the file landed on disk; the 7-day expiry is a backstop, not the main mechanism. Photo, video and audio All three capture modes share one viewfinder and file into the same project folder. Note: the app interface is currently in Simplified Chinese only. An AI WorkDeck account and the AI WorkDeck desktop app are required.
