With your permission, only a cropped, re-encoded image of the measuring-device display is sent for AI-assisted recognition — no name, no notes, no Apple Health history. Manual entry stays available if you decline or if scanning is unavailable. FREE AND PRO Manual entry, local records, trends, local reports, Apple Health, export, deletion, and managing existing links are available without Pro. AI-assisted scanning and creating new Secure Links require a Pro subscription. IMPORTANT AI Health Records is a record-keeping and sharing tool.
