AHGD Equity is a small desk for equity-structure work. Dual-class votes, buybacks into treasury, rights math, and multi-step dilution — the kinds of numbers you usually end up rebuilding in a spreadsheet. You can save a run, open it later, and park related pages under Photos (camera or album; image only, no OCR). Case files hold versions of the same thesis so you can change assumptions without losing the earlier set. Notes has short guides, a glossary, and a few quizzes if you want a quick check. It won’t replace counsel or a filing. It’s for lining up share counts, control %, TERP, EPS after a buyback, and similar figures before you write them up elsewhere. Typical paths: build classes and holders for voting power; size a repurchase and see EPS/BVPS; compare take-up vs skip on a rights offer; stack issuance / conversion / buyback events in order and watch ownership move.
