AgroPilot is a digital diary of fields for OPG and agricultural holdings. Each field has its own chronological list of works — from sowing to harvest — and you can export the record of the use of plant protection products as a PDF ready for agricultural inspection. SPRAYING RECORDS FOR INSPECTION Regulation (EU) 2023/564 prescribes the content of records on the use of plant protection products for professional users. AgroPilot keeps these records with all prescribed columns: type of use, trade name and registration number of the product, date and time of application, dose, ARKOD plot, size of treated area, crop, EPPO code, phenophase (BBCH) and production system. Records that are missing a mandatory field are clearly marked before you print the document. According to the Law on the Sustainable Use of Pesticides (Official Gazette 46/2022), the records are kept for three years — export works in PDF, Excel and CSV format. RESOURCES FROM THE OFFICIAL REGISTER You select a product from the list, and the trade name, registration number, active substance and withdrawal period are entered automatically. The list comes from the Phytosanitary Information System (FIS) and shows only what is registered specifically for the crop in your field. You search by name, active substance or weeds and diseases. Manual entry is always possible. FIELD WORK LOG For each field, you record sowing (depth, soil temperature), fertilization with NPK ratio, top dressing, soil cultivation, spraying, rain in millimeters, disease and humidity, and harvest with yield. Phenophase according to the BBCH scale and fertilizer ratios are selected from the list, no typing. You can add a photo, cost and note to each record. MULTIPLE FARMING If you manage land under two OPGs, each has its own fields, its own work and its own inspection records. You switch with one touch. ARKOD PLOTS ON THE MAP Fields on a satellite base, colored by crop, with plot boundaries and area display. Enter the ARKOD number and the application draws the shape and area of the plot. The map and satellite images are free resources — no hidden costs. WEATHER AND SOIL TEMPERATURE A seven-day forecast with wind speed and direction, humidity and soil temperature. When spraying, you can draw wind, temperature and humidity into the record with one touch, and when sowing, the soil temperature. For today's conditions, the measurement of the nearest meteorological station is used, and for past dates, the archive of actual observations — not an estimate. YIELD AND COSTS Yield by year, cost by type of intervention and by field, and profit per hectare. Crop rotation by field shows what was where in previous years. Compare fields with each other and see where it pays off. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET All records are saved to your device.
