Agri Reserve helps farming households and small-to-medium farms manage all production supplies within a unified system. Users can configure farm details, area units, currency, cultivation zones, supply categories, units of measure, storage locations, and alert thresholds; they can then monitor supply types, total quantities on hand, inventory value, low-stock items, near-expiry batches, upcoming tasks, and recent stock movements directly from the dashboard. The supply inventory module supports searching, filtering, sorting, adding, and editing items—including selecting avatars and recording brands, reference prices, notes, and storage locations; each item has a dedicated detail page showing on-hand, committed, and available quantities, as well as batch lists, expiration dates, import prices, and transaction history. Users can create import slips by batch, issue supplies based on uncommitted quantities, and perform inventory checks to adjust actual stock levels; all transactions are logged with details on time, zone, supplier, reason, and cost. The planning module allows for the creation of tasks specifying date/time, zone, crop, operation type, status, description, and supply requirements; upon task commencement or completion, the app checks available stock, preserves pre-allocated quantities, and generates issue slips from appropriate batches. The supply commitment map visualizes the relationships between supplies, zones, tasks, and usage timing; conflict zones highlight shortages and competing plans vying for the same stock, offering resolution options such as adjusting demand, replenishing inventory, or rescheduling. The batch allocation map tracks the status of each batch segment—indicating what has been used, what is allocated to specific tasks, and what remains unallocated—while a readiness table cross-references all tasks to categorize them as ready to execute, near-ready, or blocked. The application manages supplier lists, contact details, purchased materials, import frequency, latest purchase prices, and total transaction values. Its history and reporting features allow filtering by transaction type, time period, material, and region, while also aggregating data on import/export volumes, costs, material categories, inventory fluctuations, and alerts for low stock or expiration dates. All data is stored locally on the device, enabling offline use; the interface adapts to screen sizes and supports light, dark, or device-synced modes.
