Aggie Home is the internal field-operations app for Aggie Home Solutions, LLC — a Northern-California exterior home-care company serving Davis, Sacramento, and Napa. This app is used by our employees, contractors, and management to run every part of the day. WHAT IT DOES • Daily schedule — every crew member sees their assigned jobs, addresses, customer notes, and the route between stops, with one-tap directions in Maps. • Job workflow — Start, log photos, collect payment, and close out each job with a guided checklist. Time clock runs in the background so payroll is automatic. • Subscriptions and one-time jobs — sell, schedule, and renew window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure-washing contracts. • Payments — record cash, check, and card. Cards are processed through Stripe with full PCI compliance; we never see or store the full number. • Customer book — every household we serve, with their service history, contracts, and recurring schedule. • Door canvassing — drop pins on a live map as the team works neighborhoods, with auto-filled addresses for each lead. • Chad — an in-app AI assistant that helps the team book jobs, look up customers, and write follow-up messages by voice or text. • Admin tools — financial dashboards, payroll runs, commission tracking, leaderboards, and team performance. WHO IT IS FOR This is an internal company app. Sign-in requires an invitation from Aggie Home Solutions. It is not a marketplace and is not used by homeowners; we built it to replace a stack of spreadsheets, paper invoices, and group chats with one place where the whole field team can run their day.
