Store description excerpt

Agenvis is the ERP for marketing and development agencies: it unites clients, projects, invoicing, and people in a single system. This is its official app for accessing it from your mobile device. The app always loads the latest version of Agenvis: there's no need to update the application to have the latest features; every improvement published on the website is automatically included. With Agenvis you can: - CRM: view each client's unique profile, with their projects, invoices, and interactions. Contacts and companies, leads with sequences, and suppliers. - Projects and tasks: view them in Kanban, lists, calendars, or on your "My Tasks" panel, with recurring tasks, dependencies, and status flows with approvals. - Time tracking: assign each hour to its task, project, and client. - Invoicing: issue and track quotes, invoices, proformas, and credit notes, with integrated Verifactu, plus sales and recurring expenses. - Profitability: View contracted, planned, and allocated hours per project, and the actual hourly rate for each. - People: Clock in, request vacations and absences, and view the work calendar and pending approvals. Clocking in records your location when you clock in, take a break, and clock out, and the app will ask for permission the first time you use it. If your connection fails, the app will notify you and automatically reconnect as soon as the signal is restored. Agenvis is a product for agencies: you need an Agenvis account from your organization to log in.
