Agend'Élus is the app for local elected officials. It allows you to receive meeting notices from your local authority and respond to them in seconds, right from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO - View all your meeting notices in one place: municipal council meetings, committee meetings, ceremonies, public meetings. - Respond with a tap to indicate whether you will be attending, will be absent, or may not be, and modify your response until the deadline. - Add details for the secretariat: arrival time, early departure, last-minute cancellation. - Indicate your availability when the secretariat conducts a date poll. - Add an event to your phone's calendar with a tap. - Receive a notification for each new meeting notice and a reminder the day before the event. - View the agenda and attachments sent by the secretariat. - Access your past attendance history. PASSWORDLESS LOGIN You log in with your email address: a six-digit code is sent to you, and that's it. No password to remember, no account to create. MULTIPLE POSITIONS, ONE APPLICATION If you serve on several local authorities using Agend'Élus, you can switch between them without logging in again. TERMS OF USE This application is for individuals invited by a local authority using Agend'Élus. You cannot create an account yourself: your local authority's secretariat will register you and send you your invitations. If your local authority does not yet use Agend'Élus, visit agendelus.fr.
