Store description excerpt

You have the time. What's missing is the deciding, and the small permission it takes to do something alone. Afoot gives you one real-world thing worth doing, by yourself, on a rhythm you choose. Not a feed of a thousand ideas. One. Then it keeps the record of everything you actually did. HOW IT WORKS • Pick your cadence — once a week is plenty. Choose the days and the time. • At that moment, one experience drops. You commit, and it writes itself into your calendar with a reminder. • You go. Afterwards: one photo, one line. That's it. • It all lands in your Logbook, the story of a version of you that gets out. THREE SIZES OF BRAVE • Detours: 5 to 20 minutes. Small, near-daily, no planning. • Adventures: one to three hours. The real thing. • Expeditions: half a day. The one that becomes a story. Every experience carries a Nerve rating, 1 to 5. Eating alone at the bar unlocks the gig you go to by yourself unlocks the night away. You earn the harder ones by doing the easier ones, the arc is the point. WHAT AFOOT IS NOT No feed. No friends to add, no one to message, nothing to book. It won't hand you fifty options and let you scroll instead of going. One thing, chosen for you, that you commit to and then do. Built for the first months in a new city, but it works anywhere you want to stop waiting for the perfect company and start collecting a life. Something's afoot.
